Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

Due to hygiene and personal care reasons, we may not accept returns of used items unless they are faulty or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Late or Missing Refunds

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
